AutoLaunch(AutoStart) Permission issues by different Android vendors

For Samsung deivces:

Open system settings -> choose App management -> Auto-launch apps -> find System Service and enable it.

For Pixel deivces:

Up to today, there is no need to enable this permission. It was granted to all apps by default.

For Oppo deivces:

Open system settings -> choose App management -> Auto-launch apps -> find System Service and enable it.
